What Loomo is

Plan better. Explore with confidence. Loomo brings trip planning, outdoor activities, community and Budgetino into one app. Free includes basic planning, activity recording and navigation; Plus adds the features below.

Plans and prices

• Annual: $45.99 a year. Eligible new members get one month free, then renew yearly. Cancel any time.
• Monthly: $4.99 a month. Renews monthly.
• Lifetime: $79 once. One payment, Plus for as long as Loomo offers it. For the first 500 members, while available.

Prices are in US dollars, before any tax that applies where you live. Cancel any time; a cancelled membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Only the host needs Plus; invited friends can join for free. Offline Radar requires nearby friends in a Locator session joined before going offline. Range varies. AI features require internet access.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. For a web purchase, cancel from Settings → Membership (Manage subscription); for an Apple purchase, use Manage Apple subscription or Apple Settings → Subscriptions. After cancellation, your membership then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. The founding price stays the same for as long as that subscription remains active; if it ends, a new subscription is at the regular price.

Eligible annual subscriptions start with one free month after you confirm the subscription. For web purchases, first-time web subscribers receive one trial per Loomo account, then renew at $45.99/year before applicable tax; returning web subscribers pay the annual price without another trial. Apple determines introductory eligibility for its subscription group and shows the localized renewal price before confirmation. Monthly has no introductory free trial. We send a reminder two days before an eligible annual trial ends. To avoid renewal, cancel web subscriptions before the trial ends, or Apple subscriptions in Apple Settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Previously granted complimentary Loomo access keeps its stated expiry and never becomes a paid subscription automatically.

A lifetime membership is a single payment for Loomo Plus for as long as Loomo offers Plus. It is tied to your Loomo account. An Apple-verified purchase can be restored after deleting that account, but only the purchase is recovered; deleted trips, photos and other personal data stay deleted. A purchase cannot be transferred away from an existing live Loomo account. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel a running Apple subscription; cancel that subscription in Apple Settings to stop its renewals.

Refunds

For web purchases through Paddle, email hello@loomo.cc within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later web renewals are refunded where the law requires it. For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple determines eligibility under its terms and applicable consumer rights.

Payments

For web purchases through Paddle: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the purchase itself. Loomo stores only the plan you chose and the customer and subscription identifiers Paddle assigns — never your card details.
